Freshly ground pepper

100gYellow onions into pieces
200gUnpeeled, firm and ripe pears in both
25gBlue cheese 50 + (30%)
25gButter
350gTurnip greens
600gFrozen, thawed chicken hearts

To prepare the Chicken hearts with majors and pears recipe, please follow these instructions:

Half the chicken hearts. Clean, rinse and dry them well. Scrape the majors and cut them into quartz slices. Let the butter become golden in a saute pan. Stir the hearts with high heat and stirring approx. 8 min. Or until they are light golden and tender. Take the hearts up and keep them warm. Bring lemon and onions in the sauté pan and stir them for approx. 3 min. Cut the cheese into small pieces and put them in the forehead together with the water. Add pear boats, salt and pepper. Bring chicken hearts with cherries and pears in a large hot bowl. Serve parsley, potato nuts and cranberry juice in each bowl.
