3 | tbsp | Fish sauce (a taste of thai) |
3 | tbsp | Neutral oil |
3 | tbsp | Tomato ketchup |
400 | g | Chicken fillet |
Instructions for Chicken fillet with cashew nuts
To prepare the Chicken fillet with cashew nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Shake the cashew nuts in the oven until golden.
Boil the rice as indicated on the package.
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. Chop the garlic, chilli and ginger fine. Heat the oil in a wok and grate garlic, chilli, ginger, and then add the chicken strips. Step until the meat is golden.
Cut the spring bulbs into slices and add them with tomato ketchup, broth and fish sauce. Step to the meat is cooked and taste with sugar and salt. Turn the roasted nuts into the dish, served with boiled rice.
