1-2Chili fresh red chilli
3tbspFish sauce (a taste of thai)
3tbspNeutral oil
3tbspTomato ketchup
400gChicken fillet

To prepare the Chicken fillet with cashew nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:

Shake the cashew nuts in the oven until golden.
Boil the rice as indicated on the package.

Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. Chop the garlic, chilli and ginger fine. Heat the oil in a wok and grate garlic, chilli, ginger, and then add the chicken strips. Step until the meat is golden.
