100 | g | Onion |
150 | g | Chervil, fresh |
2 | dl | Whole milk |
225 | g | Carrots |
25 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | Eggs |
Instructions for Chervil soup
To prepare the Chervil soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the carrots into thin slices and finely chop the onion.
Heat oil in a pan and gently fry the onions and carrots in 3 min over medium heat while being touched.
Sprinkle the flour over and infants with water or broth. Cook, covered, on low heat to the carrots are barely tender about 3 min.
Stir in the milk or cream into the soup and warm up to the boiling point.
Chop the Chervil leaves. Stir them into the soup and remove immediately the Pan from the heat. Taste the soup with salt and pepper.
Server grainy bread and half-smiling eggs for.
Tips:
There can also be used Chervil from frost
