1000 | g | Acidic shelve-cherry |
3 | tsp | Red melatin |
500 | g | Ripe fresh peaches |
750 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Cherry-peach jam
To prepare the Cherry-peach jam recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cherries are extinct. The peaches are scalded, flaked and halved. The stones are removed. The peach cut is cut in half, mixed with cherries and most of the sugar. Vinegar and water poured over. Put the sauce in a lean, to the juice. The jam is heated slowly until the sugar is completely melted and then boiled softly for 15 minutes. Melati and the rest of the sugar are mixed and sprinkled in. Cooking time: 2 min. The jam is poured and the glasses are closed.
