Instructions for Cherry Mousse
To prepare the Cherry Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Roll the blister blades together and put the roll into a glass of cold water for soaking; Rain with approx. 8 minutes. Put the cherries from the layers, save the juice. Cut half of them roughly. Whip the cream to the foam. Mix ½ dl of sifted juice, until it is a little more than hand heat. Push the house block out of water and dissolve it in the warm juice. Mix the juice in the cherry wine and pour both into the whipped cream. Stir the chopped cherries in and style the dessert cold for some hours. It can also stand next day. The last cherries are used for decoration at the time of serving.
