1 | tsp | Brandy or sherry |
100 | g | Havarti (grated) |
100 | g | Butter or margarine |
150 | g | Brie or danablu |
250 | g | Cream cheese |
50 | g | Almond flakes or chopped walnuts (about 1 dl) |
Instructions for Cheese Bomb II
To prepare the Cheese Bomb II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tube fat, cream cheese, brie or mashing danablue and grated harvarti cheese into a fine purée.
Taste cheese cream with brandy or sherry. Fill the mass into a bowl, which is the clear with oil.
Marinate in the refrigerator 2-3 hours.
Turn the cheese bomb out on a platter or Board, and sprinkle with toasted almond flakes or chopped walnuts.
Serve with grapes and crackers.
