2.5 | dl | Boil water |
2-3 | tbsp | Grated parmesan |
5-7 | Thinly sliced smoked lard |
Instructions for Cauliflower gratin (Roaster)
To prepare the Cauliflower gratin (Roaster) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Part b the cabbage into small bouquets and give them a rehash in salted water.
Make a sauce of the fat, flour and water. Cool it slightly and add the beaten eggs all together. Taste the sauce with lemon juice and spices.
Put some smoked pork slices in the bottom of the roaster gennemfugtede. Com b the cabbage in the sauce and pour it into the pan.
