To prepare the Carrot Cake Diabetes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The eggs are whipped well.
Wheat flour, sweetener, baking soda and cinnamon are mixed and sieved in.
The carrots are peeled and rubbed roughly or finely. The oil and the crushed carrots are gently rotated. The dough is poured into a greased frying pan approx. 23x33 cm.
The cake is baked at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven on the next oven oven for approx. 40 minutes.
