6 | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Canoes 02
To prepare the Canoes 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
1) Crumble the yeast in the water. Add salt and then flour came in. Knead the dough smooth and add the flour as needed.
Let dough raise under a damp towel for 30 minutes.
2) While the dough raises the mixes you all ingredients for filling together.
(The filling should be at a fixed mix)
3) When the filling is ready, kneads dough in the bowl and then you take it out on the table. Share it in 16 equal pieces and roll each portion out into flat circles.
Put some of the filling on each "circle" and fold it together.
Brush each pirog.
Behind them in the oven on 250 gr for about 5 min. ..
