To prepare the Calf chops braised with parsnips, sweet potatoes and pears. In addition, yogurt / curry cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Marinate the chops in oil, chopped thyme, garlic and grated lemon peel, salt and pepper for approx. 1 hour time. Cut green and fruit in large pieces. Turn the remaining marinade from the meat over vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Stir the vegetables until they are light tender. Put them at the bottom of a pan. Place the chops on top. Step in the oven at 250 degrees for approx. 15 min.
