Instructions for Cajun chicken
To prepare the Cajun chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the chicken pieces in Hickory Liquid Smoke in the ratio of 1 part Hickory to 10 parts water. Boil for 15-20 minutes depending on how large they are. The meat should just be tender but must not fall off the legs. Take the pieces up and let them drip off.
Sprinkle beefy chicken pieces with Cajun Poultry. Then let them rest in the refrigerator - preferably overnight.
Chicken pieces are brushed lightly with a mixture of equal parts Oyster & amp; Shrimp and Wine & amp; Pepper and grill in the oven at 225 degrees.
