To prepare the Cabbage rolls (raw food) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the wakamen in soft for 5-10 minutes before use.
Use the soapy water to water plants with, they love it! Chop onion and mint fine. Mix the onion, mint, avocado and sauerkraut in a bowl until it becomes paste-like. Take large pieces of wakame and put on a cutting board. If there are no big pieces, then lay a couple side by side and put one across to make it stronger. Cut possibly. Shut off. Put a tablespoon of sauerkraut paste in the middle of the wakamen, roll the sides up, and then the ends and the filling is wrapped in the middle. Wakamen is self-adhesive.
