2 | tsp | Salt |
2.5 | dl | Barley groats. raw |
2.5 | dl | Rye flour, wholemeal |
2.5 | dl | Water |
5 | dl | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Buns with buckwheat (Diabetic)
To prepare the Buns with buckwheat (Diabetic) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the building blocks in the water approx. 10 min. Until they have sucked all the water.
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water and mix it in the pan when cooled. Add salt, oil and rye flour.
Eel wheat flour in a little while and let the dough raise for at least 30 minutes.
Spread the dough well and form it into 20 bowls. Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper and leave the balls to adhere to 30 min.
Behind the balls 15 min. At 225 degrees.
