To prepare the Buns (aerated with oil) II recipe, please follow these instructions:

The milk is warmed to about 37 degrees (hand lukewarm) and the yeast dissolves in the milk and the oil is poured.

Bring flour, sugar and salt into a bowl and milk and oil are stirred in.

Then the dough has to rest for about 20 minutes (more), now the balls must be shaped into approx. 10-15 pieces and then raise for about 20min.

They must have 20min in oven (18 in hot air) at 200 degrees
