Instructions for Brown Sugar Free Cakes
To prepare the Brown Sugar Free Cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The tonsils must be scalded, slipped and chopped fine. Wheat flour, sweetener, tonsils, sukat, potash and brunkage spice mix well. Margarine and break into pieces in the flour and the dough come together with the egg white. The dough is kneaded well through and rolled to an approx. 5 cm thick rod at approx. 25 cm; Dough placed on a killer Board and covered with cling film. The dough is made in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the next day.
Dough cut into thin slices placed on a baking sheet.
The cakes Bake at 200 C on upper ovnrille in ca. 6 min.
