Ingredients for Brocholisalat
1 | Large red onion | |
1.5 | dl | Raisins |
1.5 | dl | Sunflower kernels |
1-1.5 | tbsp | Sugar |
1-2 | tsp | Red wine vinegar |
2 | Broccoli | |
2.5 | dl | Cheasy cream 9% |
300 | g | Bacon-purchased/cut into very small cubes |
Instructions for Brocholisalat
To prepare the Brocholisalat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dressing: Stir Cheasy Cream with red wine vinegar and sugar. Let the dressing stand cold an hour. Grate bacon quite dark, and allow it to draw on a piece of paper towel or similar. Part broccolien into very small florets. Dice into small cubes. Now mix broccoli bouquets, sunflower seeds, raisins, red onions and half of the bacon into a bowl. Pour dressing over and toss around. Garnish with the rest of the bacon.
