To prepare the Broccoli timbaler with nut sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make broccolien able and part it into smaller pieces. Boil it in broth or water until it is tender. Let it run well. Findel broccolien in a blender. (Save possibly a few flowers for garnish). Stir in eggs and cream in and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into 4 buttered, ovnfaste individual bowls and behind them in a water bath in the oven at 175-200 °, 20-25 min. Sauce: melt the fat in a pan and gently fry the almonds in a few minutes. Sprinkle the flour over and infants with broth. Let the sauce cook 3-5 min. Add the cream and let Cook another couple of minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Turn the timbalerne out on plates, pour a little sauce and garnish, if desired. with broccoli flowers.
