175gCold butter
2tbspMilk
20gSugar
375gWheat flour

Instructions for Briochebrød

To prepare the Briochebrød recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast into the milk.

Stir eggs and flour together in a food processor. Add yeast mixture, salt and sugar gradually.

Spread it into a lightly diced dough and pour a little oil over it.

Set aside for a slight place 1½ to 2 hours.

Beat the dough and add the cold butter - re-raise it for 2 hours.

Beat the dough on a floured table and divide it into three equal pieces, flatten the bread and put it in a baking mold and brush with egg yolks. Leave it to adhere for 1½ hours and baked at 200 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
