Instructions for Boiled cod
To prepare the Boiled cod recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rack is rinsed and wrapped in aluminum foil or food paper. The rack is put in a pan and covered with water. Spices, salt and vinegar are added. Put the water slowly in the boil. Boil the carriage for 40-45 minutes, depending on the size. The rack is taken up, the foil is removed and the cane is cooled
Served with white potatoes and a sauce to your liking.
The sauce can be parsley sauce, Hollandaise, lemon sauce, remuladesauce or mustard sauce.
tips:
The rack is delicious as a plate in slices. The hide is removed. The caravan is mashed and stirred with cottage cheese, approx. Half of each.
Cut into slices and shake lightly on the forehead of butter or plant margarine, a couple of minutes on each side.
