Instructions for Boeuf Bourguignon 02
To prepare the Boeuf Bourguignon 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the oxen in a thick pot, like a rose sauce. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over. The oxen are picked up and the bacon is switched. Add the onions and garlic and season for a few more minutes (add a spicy olive oil if necessary). After a few minutes add chopped onions and carrots. Then add red wine, broth, tomato sauce, thyme, bay leaves and browned meat. Bring the dish to the boil. If the pot is of the refractory kind (such as Le Creuset), it is placed in the oven at 160 degrees for 2 - 3 hours. If not, allow the dish to simmer on the stove but remember to touch regularly so that it does not burn. Add mushrooms whole or cut into smaller pieces and the small onions for the last half hour. Season with salt and pepper.
