Instructions for Blueberry soup
To prepare the Blueberry soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil water and add sugar and berries. Let the berries pull over low heat until they are well tender. Smak to with sugar.
Make a jævning by touching out potato flour in cold water, drag the Pan aside and stir smooth no in the soup. Put the pan back on the plate and give the soup a Lickety-split rehash. Server hot, lukewarm or call.
Call is served with whipped cream or a little vanilla ice cream.
