The blueberries are picked (a good handful to half bottle snaps) when they are ripe. The carriers are put in a jam glass and snaps are poured over so the carriers are covered. The bearers stand for 3 - 4 months and pull. The essence is filtered and can be diluted with the rest of the half-bottle snaps - or more until the taste fits. A few more months remain - the longer it is allowed to stand, the better (rounder) will be the taste.
