Ingredients for Blomkålgratin

1.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
1.5 | dl | Boiling water from the cabbage |
1.5 | dl | Whole milk |
2 | tbsp | Breadcrumbs |

50 | g | Parmesan cheese |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Blomkålgratin
To prepare the Blomkålgratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Part b the cabbage into small florets and boil it with salt for about 4 min and let it drain in a sieve.
Melt butter and whisk the flour in. Add milk and boil water a little at a time while you are pouring. Beat the egg yolks in and spiced with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Whip the whites and turn the flower Bowl and whites in the dough. Pour it all into a gratinfad greased in butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Finally, sprinkled with parmesan.
Bake at the bottom of the oven at approx. 175 degrees c. alm. oven for 1 hour.
Serve, if desired. with French bread and salad.
