To prepare the Blasted phase/duck breast recipe, please follow these instructions:

Breast and thighs cut of fasanerne, skin removed and meat in brine with vegetables and juniper berries in a minimum of 12 hours. Breast meat porcheres in ca. 15 min. in 1 Lt. water added to the washed vegetables from the brine. The thighs are cooked further for 30 min.
