Instructions for Blåbærpie
To prepare the Blåbærpie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, sugar and baking soda. Crumble the fat into the flour mixture. Bring water or egg yolks. Work fast dough together. Leave it cold for 15 minutes. Roll the dough into two small cakes, about 15 approx. In diameter. Rolling out the dough between two pieces of sandwich paper will make it easier. Butter a pie and cover the bottom and the edges with one piece of dough. Bake the bottom of the oven on the middle shelf at 175 degrees for about 8 minutes. Bring berries in the baked bottom and sprinkle sugar over. Put the second piece of dough over as low. Make some slices in the lid so the steam can disappear. Pour the pizza in the oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes. Server Pien Lun.
