Instructions for Birthday Balls I
To prepare the Birthday Balls I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lean the milk (handle) and dissolve the yeast in salt and sugar (the yep yeast will be completely liquid after half a minute). Once the yeast is dissolved, pour the lukewarm milk and add the other ingredients. Eat the dough well and let it rise for half an hour.
Now twenty thugs are rolled out (roll the dough into a sausage and it is easier to share) which is again set for half an hour on baking paper on the plate - rather for a long time than too short.
Now brush the balls and bake on the middle groove for 10-15 minutes until they become brown on the surface at approx. 225 degrees C. alm. oven.
