Ingredients for Birthday Ball

150 | g | Butter or magarine |
2 | Eggs | |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
500 | g | AMO wheat flour |
75 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Birthday Ball
To prepare the Birthday Ball recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Melt butter and add milk. Let it get stiff (about 38 degrees) dissolve the yeast in it.
2. Add sugar. Whip the eggs together and stir them in.
3.Create the flour and stir well with a saucepan until it is smooth. The dough must be very lind, so if you think there is too little flour at this time, the dough is absolutely perfect.
4. Let the dough raise and cover. 30 min.
5.Create well with flour or a little oil on your hands (the dough is stubborn slightly soft and greasy) and shape the balls. Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper. Let them add approx. 40 min. While the oven is heated to 220 degrees (hot air 200 degrees)
6. Brush the balls with eggs and put them in the middle of the oven approx. 10-12 min.
