To prepare the Bieftekia - Greek grill steak recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bread is soaked in water approx. 10. min. After which the water is squeezed out. Everything is mixed up and the father rests for ½ - 1 hour.
The potatoes are peeled and cut into both, mix with oregano oil and salt. Put in a pan with baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees C.
