Instructions for Believe tiger rays

To prepare the Believe tiger rays recipe, please follow these instructions:

Tomatsovs: Shake and peel the tomatoes. Gently slice the thyme and rosemary into the oil for approx. 5 minutes. Chop tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes coarsely and chopped well. Remove the herbs from the oil and discard them. Add tomato, sun dried tomato and garlic and simmer for at least 1/2 hour until the sauce turns thick and creamy.

Basilicum Cream: Add 3/4 of basil leaves to whipped cream and whip it with a rod blender. Chop the last leaves roughly and turn them into the foam.

Tiger prawns: Shrimp wrapped in a slice of parma ham with a small piece of sun-dried tomato and a small piece of mozzarella (can be stuck with a toothpick). Stir the prawns in olive oil for a couple of minutes.

Server with fresh pasta.
