To prepare the Beetroot salad with apples recipe, please follow these instructions:
The beets are thoroughly scrubbed and boiled for approx. 45 min. Until they are tender. The peel is rubbed and the beetroots are cut for approx. 1x1 cm tern. Peel the apple and cut it into 1x1 cm tern. Cut the loop into fine strips. Mix beetroot, apples and onions. Stir the ingredients to the dressing together and turn it into the red bed mixture. Let the salad take an hour. Ornaments. With freshly prepared horseradish and fresh rosemary.
