To prepare the Beef Tenderloin roast as wildly recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bacon (or smoked bacon) cut into cubes and Brown along with the Tenderloin in butter. Then add the coffee cream, red currant jelly and Chinese soy sauce.
Put the potatoes in a pan and make sure they are covered completely with water. Add salt. Bring the pot to a boil, and let the potatoes Cook for 15 min.
Tenderloin flips on and off, and FRY further for about 20 min. the loin are taken up and made the sauce in the pan with whipping cream and a little more red currant jelly. The sauce added to the suit and Chinese soy sauce. Should the sauce be thick must be smoothed. The meat is cut on the bias into slices and served on a platter.
