To prepare the Beef rolls stuffed with mushrooms in the veal of calf bacon on steamed earthquakes and mustard-cream sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the sticks of the oyster caps and tear the hat in long strips, grate them on a hot forehead in a little oil.

Serving:
Put the rolls on top of the steamed earthquakes and give the sauce.
Accessories: Many kinds of vegetables will fit well for this dish, for example. Green beans, carrots, sprouts or broccoli. Potato pancakes of cracked fried potatoes are also fine.
