200 | g | Macerate the dried white beans |
500 | g | Fresh or frozen green beans |
Instructions for Beans in Greek
To prepare the Beans in Greek recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the white beans softly with herbs in salted water until they are tender, approx. 1 hour. Divide the garlic in fat and arrow them. Boil them in 3 teams of water - approx. 1 l water per rehash. Cool them off. Blanch the green beans for a couple of minutes in low salt boiling water. Heat the olive oil on a pan and sauté the garlic until they have a little color. Add the two kinds of beans and fresh chopped herbs. Serve the beans with a good bread.
Soak the dried beans in plenty of water overnight and pour the water.
