Instructions for Banana Sorbet
To prepare the Banana Sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bananas are divided into small pieces and blended approx. 1/2 min. Along with orange juice and cream, then squeezed it all through a sieve. Whip the egg whites stiff and add a little sugar a little at a time, then gently mix it into the banana puree. It comes into shape and freezes for 3-4 hours, it is taken out a couple of times along the way and a little around it (to avoid the formation of crystals). Put it in bowls and sprinkle with the chopped pomegranate dish.
