125gMelted butter
2tbspFresh lime juice

250gSweet biscuits
3tspCorn flour
3tspGrated lime
500gCream cheese

To prepare the Baked Lime and Passion Fruit Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Grease a 20 cm spring form and put the baking paper in the bottom. Preheat the oven to 160 °. Crush the biscuits in the food processor and mix the butter. Pressed into the bottom and up the edges of the mold. Cool 30 min.
