To prepare the Baked carp as a Starter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the CARP as with Blue Carp, but without vinegar. Let cool slightly by the carp, and arrow then the meat of the fish. On half-Neapolitan-plates a bit of meat, along with a few tablespoons of chopped spinach. The dough will be closed together, and bake a few minutes in the oven. Serve hot as an appetizer with dill dressing.
