1.5dlBaileys
2Vanilla pod
4dlWhipped cream
6Egg yolk, pasteurised
6tbspIcing sugar

Instructions for Bailey Ice Cream

To prepare the Bailey Ice Cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crack the 2 vanilla-pods, scratch grains out and got it all in a saucepan. Then add the cream, plums and icing. Warm the mixture through (do NOT boil) under heavy whipping, for it will be a nice thick creamy mass.

Let it cool down, but remember to stir in the of and to. When it is cold-tasted it with Baileys. (Remember to take vanillestængerne up).

Put the cream in the freezer for a couple of hours to it will be "easily fixed" take it out and turn the whipped cream in and set it on frost again for it to finish.

Tips:
You can omit Baileys and then you have a nice vanilla ice cream
