Ingredients for Asian crecets

200 | g | Chinese ægnudler |

500 | g | Veal and pork. chopped 16% |
Instructions for Asian crecets
To prepare the Asian crecets recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the chopped meat with oil, finely chopped ginger, garlic and chili, portion and form it for elongated or round steaks and add them to butter and olive oil, approx. 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil the noodles and let them drip well. Stir the boiled noodles in a large saucepan in the hot oil with the spring onion, squash in thin slices, chopped pepper and chilli. Stir occasionally and until the noodles are lightly crisp and the vegetables are just too tender. Taste the noodles with salt and pepper.
Serve the noodles with the creinets on hot plates and add chutney and soy sauce.
