Ingredients for Arabic cake (luzich)
1 | can | Arabic cream cream (puch cream) |
1 | cup | Oil |
1 | Large cup of icing sugar | |
1 | Large cup crushed kaak (Arab Sesame bars) | |
1 | Large cup of peeled and chopped almonds | |
1 | tsp | Oatmeal |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
200 | g | Milk chocolate |
3 | Eggs |
Instructions for Arabic cake (luzich)
To prepare the Arabic cake (luzich) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs, oatmeal and powdered sugar are beaten together. Kaak (which is crushed into breadcrumbs), almonds and oil in the mass. Finally add baking soda.
The dough is filled in a form of about 20 x 30 cm and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 mins.
The chocolate is melted with Arabic whipped-cream in a water bath. When the chocolate cream is cold lubricated it on the cake that made cold until the chocolate cream is clotted.
