Ingredients for Apricot Dessert

1.5-2 | dl | Abrikosmos |
2 | Egg yolks | |
2 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Cream |
25 | g | Coarsely chopped almonds |
4-5 | Large macaroons or 8-10 small |
Instructions for Apricot Dessert
To prepare the Apricot Dessert recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the macros in a serving bowl (broach them in a little smaller pieces). Sprinkle with the orange juice and the apricot moss over.
Whip egg yolks and sugar together to cream and stir the corn starch in.
Bring the cream to the boil. Pour the boiled cream into the egg yolk while whipping. Pour back into the pan and bring it near the boiling point while whipping. Remove the pot from the heat and stir the coarse almonds. Let the cream swell. Turn whipped cream in. Add cream to apricots and sprinkle with candied violets.
