Instructions for Apricot Bread
To prepare the Apricot Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the apricots in soft for a couple of hours or give them 5 min in the microwave with 2 dl. Water pour grahamsmel in the hot bag and add salt. Start the machine and pour the water on. It must be my 50 degrees C. Crumble the yeast while the machine is running and then let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Let the apricots dripping and pour them into the dough with oil and most of the wheat flour. Run the dough quickly until it drops the edges on the bowl. Put the dough into a larger bowl and allow it to rise to double size.
Peel the dough through the table and divide it into two equal pieces. Roll them out and put them in two 1.5 l. Shape. Let the loaves rise while the oven becomes 225 degrees C hot.
Brush with spicy egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bag the bread approx. 40 minutes until golden and feels light. Take them out of the mold and let them cool off on a grid.
