2dlWhole milk
2tspVanilla sugar
250gButter
350gWheat flour

Instructions for Applesink with marcipan

To prepare the Applesink with marcipan recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soft butter and sugar are whipped white, finely chopped marcipan added and whipped further. The eggs are added one at a time during constant whipping. Milk, baking soda and vanilla sugar are sifted and stirred in the mixture. Finally add finely chopped orange peel, orange juice and milk. The stirring until the mass is uniform.

The dough is poured into a frying pan 23x33 cm. Or 20 cm. springform.

Bake at 175 degrees Celsius. Oven for approx. 35 - 40 minutes.
