Wheat flour, oil and milk are kneaded together and the dough is squeezed into a pie dish - also up the edges. The dish is placed in the fridge for ½ hour. The core houses are removed from the apples, but they are not peeled. They are cut into thin boats. The blackberries are laid at the bottom of the pie and the apples are laid in a nice pattern. Sugar and cinnamon mix and sprinkle over. If the apples are very acidic, use more sugar. The apple pie is baked at 200 ° C for approx. 30 min. Serve warm with sour cream.
