| 1 | dl | Water |
| 2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 2-3 | Cooking apples | |
| 3 | tbsp | Finely grated horseradish |
| 3 | tbsp | Sugar |
Instructions for Apple / horseradish sauce
To prepare the Apple / horseradish sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the mealie and cut them both and cook them in 1 dl. water. Add lemon juice, sugar and boiled cinnamon. Boil it through stirring until the sugar is dissolved and it has a thick consistency.
Pour it into a bowl for cooling and add finely ground horseradish before serving.
