Instructions for Apple bars
To prepare the Apple bars recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wheat flour in which bagepulveret is sighted, and the other ingredients kneaded together into a uniform dough. The fat must not be softened but have its normal texture.
The dough is divided into two equal parts, which rolled out in ca. 20 cm wide and 35 cm's length.
Apple pieces out in a stripe on the center of the dough, and cinnamon and sugar sprinkled over. One side of the dough is folded toward the Center over the filling, then the other. Make sure that the last lug goes a little against the other and gently push the tab down.
Brushed with egg white, sprinkled with sugar and bake on the middle oven at 220 degrees C Groove in about 15 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
Deep-freezing: Bread put into a plastic bag or be wrapped in aluminum foil or freezer wrap, while it is still warm, and be kept in hand for the freezer it at-18 degrees for up to 6 months.
Thawing: in room temperature thawed bread on the kitchen table wrapped in freezer packaging at ca. 2 – 2 ½ hours in a preheated oven 200 degrees C thawed loaf of 15-20 minutes.
