Instructions for Animal rain with red wine sauce
To prepare the Animal rain with red wine sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the animal back on a greased baking pan, season with freshly sliced salt and pepper.
Put the animal back in a preheated oven at 250 degrees C. alm. Oven approx. 10 minutes until it is browned.
Take it out, lower the temperature to 200 degrees C. alm. Oven and add ½ fl. Red wine, broth or fond, whatever you have, as well as 3 twigs thyme and 1 bay leaf. Put your back in the oven, step 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the back, pour the spoon over the back during the fryer so that it does not dry.
