275 | g | Wheat flour (approx. 5 dl) |

Instructions for American apple pie
To prepare the American apple pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Shortcrust:
Crumble the butter into the flour until it looks like grated cheese. Quickly collect the dough with egg and water. Pour the dough into a square, put it into the film and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Cut 2/3 of the dough and roll it out on a flour sprinkled on the table roll the dough out. Bring the dough into a pie. Or a jump shape. Roll the rest of the dough out into a plate to form a lid.
Filling:
Peel the apples and cut them into thin boats. Turn the apple boats into a bowl of brown daffodil, flour and cinnamon. Spread the apple mixture on top of the bottom pie dough in the pie dish.
