0.75 | tsp | Turmeric, ground |
1 | tsp | Chilli, crushed |
1 | tsp | Garam masala |
1 | tsp | Cumin, whole |
1.25 | dl | Oil |
2 | tsp | Coriander, ground |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2.5 | cm | Ginger, fresh |
3 | clove | Garlic |
3 | Tomatoes | |
800 | g | Cauliflower |
800 | g | Potatoes |

To prepare the Aloo gobi (Potato and cauliflower in Indian curry) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Part b the cabbage in bouquets. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Heat oil and FRY cumin approximately one minute.
Add the garlic and ginger, saute the fintsnittet.
Add the potatoes and FRY.
Add the turmeric and chilli powder and FRY again.
Add the tomatoes cut into cubes and simmer about 5 minutes.
Add the cauliflower and cook at full heat about 1 minute.
Turn down the heat, put the lid on and småkog approximately 15 minutes.
