Ingredients for African peanut chicken

1 | small | Fresh chili |
1 | can | Chopped tomatoes |
1 | dl | Peanuts, unsalted |
1 | Chicken at 1200-1400 g | |
1.5 | dl | Basmati rice |
1.5 | l | Water |

70 | g | Tomato puree conc |
Instructions for African peanut chicken
To prepare the African peanut chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the onions roughly. Clean the chicken portion in 6-8 pieces. Flake tomatoes (if fresh) and chop them roughly.
Chop the chicken pieces and pick them up. Also cook the onions until they are ready. Return the chicken pieces and add tomatoes, tomato sauce and chilli, pour water until it covers and no more. Bring some salt and pepper in. Boil the chicken for 1/2 hour.
Bring the peanuts nicely with a knife or put them in the blender. Bring the chopped peanuts and peanut butter and 1 1/2 dl rice into the pan and boil for low heat for another 1/2 hour.
