To prepare the Advocado food (Nam nam!) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Toast bread in toaster cut through advocadoen into slices or small pieces (they must not be too thick) slice the red onions out when bread is finished toasted, put you advocado on so it covers. After you attach the red onions on (Tastes really good when there are many) and then salt and pepper to taste. hey presto, then you have a advocado food!

Tips:
Beware of putting too much salt on, it may taste very salty, but curtly in against one can cram much pepper on. If it is absolutely right we should toast everything rye bread because the bakery not bake it completely finished, so it is still a bit of bran-like and it has the stomach/intestines not good by.
